Returns Policy

Here at jumperlumps.com we want you to love your t-shirt.

All our orders are custom-made. In the unlikely event that there is a delay, or your order cannot be fulfilled by the delivery date stated, we will let you know as soon as possible with an alternative date, or allow you to change or cancel your order.

You can cancel your order at anytime up to 7 days from time you place your order, provided that order has not already been shipped. You can email us at info@jumperlumps.com. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after they have been dispatched, as they have been custom-made to your requirements.

If there is an error or a mistake in the delivery of your order (for example, wrong colour, size, or style), please return the t-shirt(s) for an exchange or refund. Please print off the returns form , fill it in and send it back to us at the address listed on the form, indicating what you are returning and why. Please also let us know whether you would like an exchange or a refund. If we do not receive the t-shirt within a reasonable time, we may either make our own arrangements to collect it at your expense, or we will assume that you have changed your mind and you wish to keep it. All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order.

All returns must be in the original condition that you received them in. We do not accept back washed items. If a washed item is returned, we will refuse it and ask you to pay to have it returned to you.
